We Welcome You!

A cross America, there is probably no other church sign more often seen and widely recognized than the one that says, “The Episcopal Church Welcomes You.”   In Portage, Michigan, members of the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church welcome you, too.  Join us for worship and for a friendly reception at the coffee hour.  As an open church, we all share in one vision:  To know Christ and to make Christ known.  To be fed and to feed others.

Our Mission

As a community of Jesus Christ, we affirm our Baptismal covenant to love, pray, worship, study our faith and serve others.  With the help of the Holy Spirit, we welcome all who seek a spiritual home, celebrating our diversity in a Christian community.
